PHYSIO-LED CLINICAL PILATES EDUCATION
Sick of getting stuck with passive clients. It's not your fault. Ready to take the next step & level up your clinical pilates skills?
Uni taught you how not to hurt someone. Nobody taught you the next step: how to actually help someone move. We teach the clinical reasoning frameworks that change that, so you can help anyone, even the ones stuck in pain and fear.

IT SHOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS
I went into this to help people move, and it's way harder than I thought.
You worked all day. You tried movement with a client and they didn't improve. On the drive home the quiet thought shows up: is this as good as it gets?
You're not broken. You just haven't been taught this yet. The clients walking in are more complex than the ones uni trained you for, because the simple cases are sorting themselves out online.
BUT the good news! There are skills and frameworks that you can learn, apply and teach, that actually work and move the needle!
WHAT YOU GET
A clinical cohort, not another weekend course
Most Pilates courses hand you a repertoire and send you home. Here's the difference.
With The Clinical Collective
- One reasoning framework for any body part, any client
- Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Mat in one course
- Live weekly case discussions with your real clients
- What to do when pain and fear walk into the room
- A cohort of clinicians you can text on a Sunday night
- Lifetime access to the Movement Library
- Grow from one-on-one into profitable group classes
With a typical weekend course
- A repertoire to memorise, and no idea when to use it
- Each apparatus sold as a separate course
- No feedback on your own caseload
- Silence when the client is scared or not improving
- You leave alone and forget it by Monday
- Handouts you never open again
- Still stuck in the treatment room
Cohort 1 begins Mon 31 Aug · Founding price

WHERE TO START
WHY A PHYSIO BUILT THIS
Meet Jess McDonald
My journey began with a simple question: why do we keep treating the symptoms when the root cause is often movement? As a Canadian-trained Clinical Pilates instructor and university lecturer, I realized that the clinical community needed a shift. We needed a collective that focused on the science of movement, not just the surface-level treatment. The Clinical Collective was born from that desire to provide a professional, evidence-based education that empowers clinicians to lead with confidence.
