Become the clinician who knows what to do next
The founding cohort of the Clinical Pilates Collective. Learn to assess the movement, coach it, and progress or regress on the spot, from your own clinical reasoning, not a memorised script.
$1,870 + GST for founders. Every cohort after this one is $2,700 + GST.
"There are three names on Monday's list you don't quite know what to do with."
You went into clinical practice because you wanted to help people who were struggling. Then the cases got harder, not easier. And nobody really taught you what to do with the ones that don't fit.
Why the founding cohort costs $1,870, not $2,700
Because it's the first one. And the first time you run a course like this, the people in the room aren't just students. They're co-builders.
The founding cohort is the proving ground. You'll be in the room as the framework gets refined live. Your feedback shapes every cohort that runs after you.
Your feedback is worth something. So is being the early evidence: the testimonials, the case studies, the proof. Future cohorts won't have to take the chance you're taking.
So we trade.
What you give
- You go first, when there's no past student to read about
- You bring real clients to case discussion, every week
- You give honest feedback as the framework refines
- You let us share your wins, anonymised where you want, for the next cohort
What you get
- Lifetime access to attend any future cohort's live calls, at no extra cost
- Lifetime access to the Movement Library, updated as it grows
- The Business of Clinical Pilates bonus, founders only
- The founding price, below what every future cohort will pay
This is the only time the founding price exists. After the founding cohort the price is $2,700 + GST. No flash sales. No second windows. The founding window opens once.
"I want a small group of clinicians invested enough to help shape this. You want a course that actually changes how you think. This is the trade."
Jess, who built it
What you get when you join the founding cohort
Live cohort, weekly course content, lifetime library, the community, and the bonus business module.
Six-week live cohort
Tuesday case discussion and an optional Wednesday week review. All calls recorded within 24 hours.
Weekly course content
Bite-sized mini-lectures, none longer than 15 minutes, designed to be watched around a working clinic week.
The Movement Library, lifetime
Every movement across Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Mat, with the reasoning notes. It stays open to you, forever, including everything we add later.
The Collective community
Ongoing access to the private community and ongoing case discussions, so the learning doesn't stop when week six does.
The Business of Clinical Pilates
The part nobody teaches. How to build, fill, and keep a Clinical Pilates caseload that earns real margin. Not generic business advice, the actual numbers of a profitable Pilates room, from someone who built one.
Marketing and attracting your ideal client
How to find the right client, not just any client. The brand, content, and referrals that bring the ones you actually want.
Pricing models that work
Sessions, packages, memberships, blocks. What to charge. What to bundle. When to discount, when not to.
The numbers of Clinical Pilates
What a profitable Pilates hour looks like. Cost, revenue, break-even, so you stop guessing if it's working.
Reduce client churn
Why clients stop coming, and the small changes that keep them. The biggest lever on profit, and most clinics don't measure it.
Increase client lifetime value
The difference between a client who comes for 4 sessions and one who comes for 40. How reasoning and pathway design compound, without ever feeling pushy.
The team conversation
How to talk to your team about cancellations, rebooking and retention, without it feeling like a sales meeting.
You leave with a playbook for the Clinical Pilates side of your clinic: pricing, conversion, churn, retention, and the words to bring your team along.
Past chasing techniques and ready to actually think
This is for you if
- You're a 3rd or 4th year student in physio, osteo, myo, chiro or RMT who wants to hit the ground running in MSK
- You've done weekend courses on the spine, the shoulder, dry needling, and you've got more techniques but the same underlying confusion
- You can prescribe a glute exercise, but you can't yet explain why this one, why now, why not the other
- You're 1 to 8 years in clinic and quietly tired of guessing with complex cases
- You see persistent pain, fearful clients and stiff bodies, and want a reasoning framework, not another checklist
- You're a practice owner who wants your team to think this way too
- You want mentorship that doesn't end when the weekend course finishes
This is not for you if
- You're looking for a Pilates instructor course. This teaches clinical reasoning and how to apply it
- You want a passive, pre-recorded library to binge alone. The live calls are the work
- You're not on placement or seeing any clients yet. Students need at least one prac running during the cohort so you have real cases to bring
- You want CPD points without doing the thinking
Here's what happened in our clinic
We can't promise the same. But this is how it played out for us.
Clients stayed
Through the full rehab plan. Not four sessions and gone, the whole way through.
They kept moving
More clients moved into our group Pilates memberships once rehab finished. They wanted to keep going.
We had to expand
Demand grew so much we needed more rooms, more hours, more clinicians.
The framework is the same one we taught our team. The demand hasn't stopped.
7-day money-back guarantee. And I mean it.
Show up for Week 1. Complete the module. Do the homework. Come to the live call. If within 7 days you don't feel like a different clinician walking out, email us directly and we'll refund you in full. No back-and-forth, no exit interview, no guilt.
"We don't want someone in the room who doesn't want to be there. We just want to provide value, and help clinicians help more people move."
Jess
The ones everyone asks
Why is the founding cohort cheaper than future cohorts?
Founders shape the course. You'll be in early, giving feedback, helping refine the live call structure, telling us what stays and what gets cut. In exchange you get the founding price of $1,870 + GST, which is $830 below future cohorts, the Business of Clinical Pilates bonus that future cohorts won't get, and lifetime access to attend any future cohort's live calls. Future cohorts run at $2,700 + GST. The founding window won't reopen, and we mean that.
How much time does it take each week?
Realistically 2.5 to 3 hours a week. One 45 minute recorded module in your own time, the Tuesday case discussion, and the optional Wednesday week review if you can make it. Calls are recorded if you can't attend live, but the Tuesday call is the work. We pick two or three client cases from cohort submissions and reason through them together. That's where it lands.
What clients does this course help me with?
The ones you've been quietly worried about. Clients scared to move. Clients in persistent pain. Stiff, deconditioned clients who haven't moved in a decade. Hypermobile bodies. Athletes who keep re-injuring. The complex middle ground that doesn't fit a textbook protocol. You'll come out with a reasoning framework that handles complexity rather than avoiding it, and the apparatus library to back it up.
I'm a new grad. Is this too advanced?
No, it's built for you. Zero to five years, whether physio, osteo, myo, chiro or RMT, is exactly who this is designed for. The whole premise is that standard clinical training teaches you what to do without teaching you how to think. We start from reasoning fundamentals and build from there. The only prerequisite is that you're currently in practice with real clients you can bring to case discussion.
I'm a 3rd or 4th year student. Should I wait until I graduate?
Honestly, if you're serious about MSK, doing this before you graduate is one of the best decisions you can make. Most new grads spend their first two or three years scrambling to build the reasoning framework you'll already have on day one. You'll need to be on a clinical placement during the cohort so you have real clients to bring. And applying to a clinic with this in your kit makes the conversation about your value very different.
Do I need access to all the apparatus?
Helpful, but not essential. The course teaches the full apparatus library because clinical reasoning is sharpest when you understand how to load across every tool. But the frameworks transfer to any rehab setting: gym, mat, home program, public clinic. You'll learn how spring resistance, lever length and position choice map onto exercise prescription more broadly.
I'm a practice owner. Can I enrol my whole team?
Yes, and there's a multi-seat rate for teams of three or more. Get in touch through the waitlist and tell us how many clinicians you'd like to enrol. We'll come back with a quote and help you decide whether splitting them across cohorts, so your clinic isn't down four clinicians at once, makes more sense. Practice owners enrolled as participants also get the Business of Clinical Pilates bonus.
How long do I have access?
Two different things, two different windows. The recorded teaching modules come with access from your cohort start date, designed to be worked through alongside the live calls while everything's fresh. The Movement Library is lifetime. It stays open to you forever, and as we add new movements, new apparatus content and new reasoning notes, you get those too. No annual fee, no renewals.
When does the founding cohort start?
We're expecting September or October 2026. Dates are being locked in now. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know, with first access to seats before it opens publicly.
